here's I want to tell you about kind a diet, that can make lose weight about 6 killos per month.
this diet is known as SUPERMODEL DIET. I barely know this diet because an apps on App store, it called "diet point" and I think this is a great apps, because in here there's so many way to lose your weight, but if you only wants to get fit is fine. it can also shows you how, how you eat something. and it gave you an information how to get fit. you can download that app for free, but if you want to open some of diet, you have to pay around 26.000 rupiah. and you can enjoy your diet.
Okey lets talk about supermodel diet that I've been doing it for a while.
DAY 1
Breakfast : 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch : 1 cup of green tea, 250ml cottage cheese, 1 apple
Dinner : 1 glass fresh orange juice, 250 ml cottage cheese
DAY 2
Breakfast : 2 soft boiled eggs, 1 kiwi fruit
Lunch : 1 cup green tea, 250 ml cottage cheese, 1 apple
Dinner : 1 glass fresh orange juice, 250 ml cottage cheese
DAY 3
Breakfast : 2 soft boiled eggs, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch : 1 cup of green tea, 250ml cottage cheese, 1 apple
Dinner : 1 glass fresh orange juice, 250 ml cottage cheese
you can follow it, just 3 days a month because this is very low calories diet, but maybe it can twice a month. so just don't push it too hard.
